Work Needed to be done

You are welcome to help out in any areas. All of it can be useful. Much you could do on your own time either in Mentone or other locations of your choice. Following is a short list. There is more. All you need do is ask.

Ongoing

• Prepare house, clean, grounds if needed, etc, prior to activities.
• Send out emails and announcements.
• Take dictation.
• Transcribe dictation to text and html.
• Proof all pages on site for grammar, continuity, references, etc.
• Redo some pages structurally.
• Compare and correct if needed, some larger writings on site with original texts for accuracy.
• Scan material for use on web site and printing.
• Print material - (much to do here).
• Sound work:
            Download sound files of talks, dictation; convert to various formats for cd's and streaming audio; burn cd's, put on web site, transcribe to text, convert to html for web site.

• Organize filing system and materials.
• Organize E-mail files.
• Organize practices, prayers, meditations, etc., from various sources in one place. Transcribe to text and html. Print.
• Redo contents page on web site.
• Work on house maintenance and construction:
            Cleaning, painting, moving things, scraping, floor work, cabinetry, tile work, light carpentry, etc.

• Work on grounds:
            Cut grass, garden, trim weeds, privets, prune flowers, remove debris, beautify area, etc.

• Establish and strengthen overall healing effort.
• Lead regular healing works.
• Establish and strengthen peace concentration.
• Strengthen meditation meetings in Chattanooga.
• Take part in planning through a meditative process.
• Take part in attunements and concentrations.
• Establish and strengthen your own personal works in service.
• Whatever else is needed.
