Some Peace Practices

For The Middle East and Jerusalem

Jerusalem: Oh Breath of Peace.

You can do any or all. These can be done individually or in groups. There is no set number of repetitions. Do one until you feel it is completed for the particular time and/or setting. You will know.


Practice 1.


     A. Attune to The Highest, becoming of This as much as possible.

     B. From and through this, breathe the breath of Love, of Compassion and Mercy.

     C. Sit in this and rest.

     D. Place attention upon Jerusalem and the entire Middle East with Jerusalem as the heart lighting all this area.

     E. Connect to all those beings helping bring love, joy, and bliss upon and through all Jerusalem and through this area, feel this light with Jerusalem as the heart.



Practice 2.


     A. Repeat Ya Ruh Salem aloud.
[Note: Repeat this until you feel attuned and connected.]

     B. Repeat Ya Ruh Salem on the breath.
[Note: Repeat this also until you feel attuned and connected. After a little bit, try YA on the in-breath, RUH on the out-breath, SA on the in-breath, and LEM on the out-breath. See the effect and decide if you should continue this pattern.]

     C. Attune in breath and heart in turn to Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Mohammet. [Praise be to all and All].

     D. Feeling their combined presence, continue in the breath of Ya Ruh Salem while focusing this light/love/breath through all Jerusalem. Feel this emanating through Jerusalem and filling and lifting the entire city and region.



Practice 3.
[This entire practice can be done aloud or on the breath.]

     A. Placing your attention upon all the Middle East and focusing upon Jerusalem as the heart, with light, love and peace emanating and filling the entire city and region, repeat:

          My house shall be a house of prayer for all people. Sit and breathe this.

          My house IS a house of prayer for all people. Sit and breathe this.

Repeat:
          Allah Huma
          Ya Huva
          Abwoon
          Allah Huma
          Ya Huva
          Abwoon
          Allah Huma
          Ya Huva
          Abwoon

          My house shall be a house of prayer for all people. Sit and breathe this.

          My house IS a house of prayer for all people. Sit and breathe this.

Repeat:
          Allah Huma
          Ya Huva
          Abwoon
          Allah Huma
          Ya Huva
          Abwoon
          Allah Huma
          Ya Huva
          Abwoon

Repeat (3 times each, as written):
          Allah Huma, Allah Huma, Allah Huma
          Ya Huva, Ya Huva, Ya Huva
          Abwoon, Abwoon, Abwoon

     Breathe One breath of Unity, feeling cooperation, peace, love, joy, bliss, no separation, and unity of purpose through all Jerusalem, emanating and filling, raising, all Jerusalem and all the Middle East.
