Jesus Attunement Cycle

Jesus Attunement Cycle

The following is a cycle of 5 practices. They are actually all 5 parts of one single practice, which when put together can be done in about 15 to 30 minutes, and when mastered, in one breath. When you put all the practices together, you do not repeat the readings (unless you are guided to do so).

For the purposes of learning, you may find it more beneficial to take a week for each step, once a day for seven days if you are able to do so. You may want to take about 15 or 20 minutes or so to do the practices. Then spend a little time with the reading, if any.

These practices include a recitation and a walk. All but the first include readings. Information on the recitation, walk, and readings follow.

Yeshua name attunement:

This can be done on the breath or aloud. Start with speaking it. Refine it to the breath. The intent is by tuning to the name through reciting, feeling, and placing your attention upon the presence of the Being Yeshua, you will become more aware of This/Him and you will have the opportunity to grow toward this/him yourself - eventually as it/this/him. What you place your attention on you become. By "calling" upon this being and becoming aware of this presence you are able to feel yourself come closer.

The first step is simply turning attention toward your ideal of Yeshua. If you have experience of the being, let this guide you toward more. LET IT GROW. Do not be static and try to recapture previous experience(s). Let now exist for you.

The attention and breath goes toward calling, first. Then become aware of the presence. Feel it/him more. Then refine your verbal expression and get the experience/feeling of the next refining and/or expansion - the inclusiveness of Yeshua. Then move toward the breath only. On this, the breath, continue the process. Feel it refine, expand even more. Keep eyes closed. later, when you open them, keep in breath and be aware of this presence/being.

Then, on the breath, breathe IN Yeshua and OUT Yeshua. The breath is through the nose. On the in- breath, feel the presence/being of Yeshua filling you and becoming you. On the out-breath, expand more toward "you" becoming of the great being Yeshua. Continue this breath for a few minutes until you feel it is time to continue.

---------

Walking practice: the walk of Jesus

This can start with the spoken and breathed Yeshua attunement first. I suggest at least speaking it with the first several steps.

Intent of the walk: It is to experience, as much as you can, the presence of Jesus and then actually letting that Being through your awareness, bodies, so you/it/he become and express in to and through the world.

The Form: Stand upright. Feel the breath/heart/love. Breathe in as much love as you can. Breathe out as much. Let it express through the heart and who body. Call on Yeshua. This is a walk of compassion, love, lifting, inclusion of the world and the people in it. The walk is a grounded walk. 4 steps in breath, 4 steps out breath. If you are sounding Yeshua on the steps, then do it corresponding to the steps. Obviously you sound on the out breath. If you are doing it silently, then in and out with the 4 beat count.

Walk either in a circle, counter clockwise or in a long straight line. Later, you can use it in any situation. Remember this is real. Part of the larger intent is to become of the being and be able to live like this in the "real" world any time - at will - until it and you eventually grow to include this within yourself naturally.

Feel the compassion of Jesus.

Extend your arms and hands in front of you - fully. Extend the arms so they are at about a 30 to 45 degree angle in front of you. They are wide apart and slightly curved. Your hands are mostly vertical. Palms open inward. Fingers naturally open. You are holding a great ball within your arms and supporting it. It is the earth. Feel yourself including the entire world and all the people within your arms and hands - AND YOUR HEART. Let the love/light/breath extend from your Beloved, your Ideal (the Father) through Yeshua; and AS Yeshua, feeling what he/it is/does. Feel this compasssion/love lifting the world and all the people in it. Let the light shine, the breath extend/connect. Become this light/love/breath/ in compassion - the compassion of Yeshua - as much as possible. Walk it, become it. Be.

This is a grounded walk. Take 4 steps on the in breath, 4 steps out breath. If you are sounding Yeshua on the steps, then have the one name correspond to the 4 steps. Obviously you sound on the out breath. Is silent, then in and out with the 4 beat count.

-----------------

Readings in general.

They are used as supplements to add to the experience and catch some particular qualities. If you do these over time you may feel to replace these writings with some others. Be careful to follow your own guidance and inspiration. If you eventually use them for other people, pay particular attention to the need of the person of group. Use what is appropriate - not what is by rote. Use what is needed to go further - the next step - and how they will harmonize with the group or individual. I suggest you try this practice first using these writings. Then modify them based upon your real guidance only.

For all readings, keep in the breath heart attention of the practice as much as possible. As you do, read one phrase or complete thought or have someone else read it to you. Pause/rest with this with eyes closed. Feel it. Realize as much as you can at this time. Then move on to the next.

------------------

The practices:

1. Week One:

Breathe in as much love and you can. Breathe out as much love as you are able. Feel the Love as much as you are able. Rest in this. Place your attention on the Heart of Jesus. Feel this love/light/breath toward that/him. Connect to it. Become aware of - experience - as much as you can the scope - what is contained within and what is - this Heart of Jesus. Breath is through the nose.

Use the walk of Jesus and the recitation/tuning toward Yeshua as means, tools, to connect and perceive. Details on both are above.

2. Week Two:

Repeat #1. Then go on to perceive, feel, the light/love of the heart of Yeshua. Experience this. Breathe in this light/love Being. Extend "yourself" toward the scope of the experience of Jesus. Rest in this.

Reading, week 2.

"Blessed are the serene in spirit."

"Blessed are they who are not held by possessions, for they shall be free."

"Blessed are they who remember their pain, and in their pain await their joy."

"Blessed are they who hunger after truth and beauty, for their hunger shall bring bread, and their thirst cool water.

"Blessed are the kindly, for they shall be consoled by their own kindliness."

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall be one with God."

------------

Practice Week 3.

Repeat #1 and #2. Then shift your point of view, your perspective, to feeling/seeing from Jesus'. Include the Heart of Jesus. Feel what is included from this perspective. Breathe it.

--------------------

Reading, week 3.

"Blessed are the merciful, for mercy shall be in their portion."

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for their spirit shall dwell above the battle, and they shall turn the potter's field into a garden."

"Blessed are they who are hunted, for they shall be swift of foot and they shall be winged."

"You are the light of the world. Put not that light under a bushel. Let it shine rather from the summit, to those who seek the City of God."

--------------------

Practice Week 4: Repeat #'s 1, 2, and 3. Then identify with and *as* Jesus. Become of the Heart/Love as much as possible.

--------------------

Reading, week 4.

JOSEPH OF ARIMATHAEA TEN YEARS AFTER

There were two streams running in the heart of the Nazarene: the stream of kinship to God whom He called Father, and the stream of rapture which He called the kingdom of the Above-world.

And in my solitude I thought of Him and I followed these two streams in His heart. Upon the banks of the one I met my own soul; and sometimes my soul was a beggar and a wanderer, and sometimes it was a princess in her garden.

Then I followed the other stream in His heart, and on my way I met one who had been beaten and robbed of his gold, and he was smiling. And farther on I saw the robber who had robbed him, and there were unshed tears upon his face.

Then I heard the murmur of these two streams in my own bosom also, and I was gladdened.

When I visited Jesus the day before Pontius Pilatus and the elders laid hands on Him, we talked long, and I asked Him many questions, and He answered my questionings with graciousness; and when I left Him I knew He was the Lord and Master of this our earth.

It is long since the cedar tree has fallen, but its fragrance endures, and will forever seek the four corners of the earth.

-----------------

Practice Week 5

Repeat the practices only (not the readings if any) for #'s 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Then repeat the word "ABWOON".

Center the AHHHH sound in your heart and then let it expand to the infinite Heart. AH point toward and reflects the positive, male, expansive.

BWOOOO sound is toward and of the unmanifest. Let this sound start for a short time with a resonance on the front of the lips and then expand in all directions and levels, refining toward the unmanifest.

Sound NNNN. This is the rececptive, feminine, toward becoming.

Rest in this. Experience as much as possible.

Remember.

Repeat the sounds. Refine them toward unspoken, then on the breath, then refine more toward experience.

Abwoon is the Aramaic for "Father". Remember that the "starting point" of this step follows the first 4, so you are in a state of "fana" or the loss of 'your' self identification as person, separate, or different. You are in and of the consciousness of Jesus.

-----------

Reading, week 5.

"Let him who seeks continue seeking until he finds. When he finds, he will become troubled. When he becomes troubled, he will be astonished, and he will rule over the All."

"If those who lead you say to you, 'See, the Kingdom is in the sky', then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, It is in the sea', then the fish will preceded you. Rather the Kingdom is inside of you and it is outside of you. When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known and you will realize that it is you who are the sons of the living Father. But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty."

"Recognize what is in your sight and that which is hidden from you will become plain to you. For there is nothing hidden which will not become manifest."

"Whoever has ears, let him hear. There is light within a man of light, and he/it lights up the whole world. If he/it does not shine, he/it is darkness."

"Love your brother like your soul, guard him like the pupil of your eye."

"When you cast the beam out of your own eye, then you will see clearly to cast the mote from your brother's eye."

If you do not fast, as regards the world, you will not find the Kingdom. If you do not observe the Sabbath as a Sabbath, you will not see the Father."

"Where there are three gods, they are gods. Where there are two or one, I am with him."

"Blessed are the solitary and elect, for you will find the Kingdom. For you are from it anf to it you will return."

"Take heed of the Living One while you are alive, lest you die and seek to see Him and be unable to do so."

"I am He who exists from the Undivided. I was given some of the things of My father. Therefore I say, if he is undivided, he will be filled with light, but if he is divided, he will be filled with darkness."

"When you make the two one, you will become the sons of man ..."

"He who will drink from My mouth will become like Me. I myself shall become he, and the things that are hidden will be revealed to him."
